Due to the number and variety of enquiries submitted to K2, we now ask that rather than emailing or calling, you use our specially developed Helpdesk. The Helpdesk system allows you to raise enquiries, then monitor their progress and responses online (as well as receiving responses by email), and automatically forwards your enquiry onto the K2 team most able to help you. The Find Installer, Feedback, Become Trader etc forms accesible via this website also submit your enquiry via the helpdesk.
The helpdesk also contains an ever-expanding knowledgebase that will try to supply you the answer to your question automatically - even while you are still typing it in!
